Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Kris Hasenfratz. I have been a Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent since 2007. I pride myself on providing the best possible service to my clients. I’m reliable, dependable and treat my clients with respect and compassion.
I work with all types of documents, including wills, deeds, Real Estate transactions and Powers of Attorney. I’ve handled well over 1000 notarizations, with the majority of them being Real Estate transactions.
Growing up in Genesee County, I am very familiar with the area and surrounding counties including Livingston. Tuscola, Shiawassee and more. My husband and I, our two sons and several pets, have resided in southern Genesee County for 15 years now.
